Schedule An Appointment
To help us stay on schedule and provide timely care for all families, we ask that patient arrive on time for their appointments.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit so we can avoid delaying care for other patients. Late arrivals may be considered a missed appointment and be subject to a no-show fee.

Appointment Required
All visits require an appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We will ask you to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
Sick Appointments
We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time for a sick child appointment.
If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to refer you to an appropriate facility.
Well Appointments
Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.
Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.
