At Hometown Pediatrics, we believe that children thrive best when they recieve comprehensive, preventive, pediatric care. Routine well-child visits are a core part of this care and are essential for monitoring growth, development, nutrition, safety, and overall health.

All established patients are expected to participate in age-appropriate well-child visits, even if families choose to delay or decline vaccinations. Our practice does not funtion as a sick-only or urgent-care-only model.

Families who choose to not participate in routine well-child care may be asked to establish care with another provider whose practice model better fits their preferences.
